**Kelly Services is actively seeking a Sr. Analyst – Mix Management for Nissan at their HQ located in Franklin, TN.**
**This is a long term indefinite contract opportunity to join a great team!**

**What skills does this position require?**

- **Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline** . Preferred higher level degree.
- Computer Skills: **Expertise in Microsoft Excel 2013 and SQL required** , VBA preferred.
- Experience in Host distribution systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of **PowerPoint and Word applications is required**

**Job Description**
Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.

**Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis?**
1. Analyzes sales, inventory, region/dealer ordering, profit and velocity metrics to determine the optimum trim and option mix recommendations to be provided to the region distribution team. Prepares necessary presentation material and chair the monthly Mix Planning meetings with Directors in attendance to obtain consensus on the trim and option mix recommendations at the regional level.
2. Chairs a monthly conference call to communicate mix recommendations/mandates and new model year content information to the ROM’s and Carflow Managers/Analysts.
3. Provides leadership, coaching and guidance to a Mix Management Analyst.
4. Responsible for the Region Recommended Ordering application. Coordinates with outside vendor to achieve appropriate deliverable timing each month. Accountable for design enhancements, expansion of models, documentation, user training, quality assurance and publishing monthly Regional Recommended Ordering spreadsheets to region distribution personnel. Provides end item/color combination mappings to transition sales history from old to new model year.
5. Creates and maintains data mapping used in the Host system.
6. Responds to various requests for mix trend analyses.
7. Works to highlight and resolve capacity constraints that conflict with market demand.
8. Tracks regulatory or mandated mix performance for cumulative model year or fiscal year requirements. This requires the creation and monthly update for trackers which capture regional forecast results and regional production orders. In instances where regional forecasts/orders deviate from mandates, coordinates with regions to comply with mandates. POFT/Production Trackers
9. Operates Regional Forecast Accuracy KPI, including maintaining tracker, conducting root-cause analyses, and developing improvement plans with regions.
10. Assists Marketing, Product Planning, and Aftersales with supporting trim/option/color analyses for complexity reviews. Creates initial proposal to facilitate cross-functional discussions. Coordinates with Production Ordering to deactivate end items that are turned off.
11. Assist Marketing and Pricing in creation of Business Plan objectives for Trim and Option. Creates allocation of national to regional BP targets for mix.

• W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)
• There is no “per diem” with this position
