**Senior Business Analyst needed in Bonita Springs, FL - This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!**

Salary: $70 - $80/K

Full-time, in-office position, 8 - 5 Monday - Friday

**Job Summary**

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating financial reporting activities for Credit & Collections. This position will facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analyzing of key metrics. Develop reports that will enhance productivity and optimize resources.

This position reports to the Assistant Manager, AR Analytics, and will assist the team to meet/exceed departmental objectives and goals, KPI reporting, produce and analyze reports, running approved macros, developing ways to automate reporting (using VBA, Macros, Access, etc.) and other duties as assigned by management.


+ Maintain awareness of assigned targets and meet/exceed these targets.

+ Proactively create and enhance effective receivables reports and recommend areas of focus.

+ Provide and articulate receivables reporting analysis to enable rapid, fact-based decision making and economic thinking. Areas of analysis may include overall receivables, cash forecasting, aging/percent delinquent/ DSO reporting/Bad Debt reporting, and dispute analysis.

+ Develop and maintain good relationships with key business groups to enable improved decision-making and integration of analytical function within the business.

+ Develop and maintain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stay up to date in terms of portfolio statistics and collection performance.

+ Monthly review & maintenance of user access to various systems.

+ Month-end close & quarterly reporting.

+ Build reporting database and drive automation to gain efficiencies.

+ Document new and revised departmental procedures and create process flow charts.

+ Build and maintain various collections dashboards.

+ Develops and analyzes ad-hoc reports as needed by management

+ Become a subject matter expert and trusted partner supporting the analytical needs of the OTC credit and collections department

+ Effectively communicate with various levels of leadership.

**Professional Experience**

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum 5+ years analytical experience required with relevant exposure to financial reporting.

+ Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data driven insights.

+ Experience using various tools to analyze large amounts of data (i.e., Excel, SQL, Qlik, Salesforce)

+ Advanced use: Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access, SharePoint

+ Experience with Access databases and VBA creation and management.

+ Experience executing testing cycles on various processes and reporting during systems upgrades.

+ Previous project management experience a plus.

+ Expert Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, writing complex formulas), PowerPoint, Access

+ SQL a plus

+ Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal listening, communicating, and influencing skills

+ Strong sense of urgency and customer focus

+ Organizational and Time Management Skills

+ Ability to work with minimal supervision and think logically & constructively

+ Creative problem Solver

+ Self-Motivated, solutions-oriented

+ Comfortable with ambiguity
