**Job Summary:**


**_As an HR Sr. Compensation and Classification Analyst, you will provide complex professional level administrative, technical, and analytical work related to the compensation and classification programs. You'll partner with leadership, influencing big decisions in a culture that recognizes and builds on successes. Leaders will look to you to provide guidance and solutions on compensation and classification._**


**Job Details:**


+ **Job Type: Direct Hire**

+ **Shift: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm**

+ **Salary: 80K**

+ **Remote - *Training will be held in office location in Tampa, FL***

**Qualifications:**


+ Knowledge of current market practices, and trends in classification/job analysis

+ Knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and regulatory issues related to compensation administration.

+ Ability to understand business issues and needs and implement classification and compensation solutions accordingly.

+ Project management, change management, facilitative and consulting skills enabling successful prioritization to juggle aggressive deadlines with competing priorities.

+ Commitment to fostering an exceptional customer service organization. Ability to influence, negotiate and build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.

+ Strong verbal, written and group presentation skills

+ Ability to present information in a large group setting.

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to product succinct summaries that support main objectives and communicate effectively to senior leadership

+ Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity and instills trust in all clients

+ Strong values and ethical behavior consistently demonstrated.

+ Directly influence workforce recruitment and retention through,

+ Administration of job evaluation

+ Salary administration-departmental salary equity reports

+ Ongoing market comparative data

+ Job descriptions

+ Classification actions

+ Internal equity analysis

+ Salary recommendations

+ Financial/statistical analysis and reporting

+ Ensures departments are adhering to the policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines regarding matters of compensation and classification
