**Job Description**

Kelly Services is looking for an individual to serve and perform office management, senior advanced secretarial, and administrative duties of a confidential nature in the Beaverton/Riverside, Ohio area for our Customer. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relations with the Customer, the United States Air Force (USAF) and the Defense Industry.

Temp-to-Hire contract at $24.00/hour

Typical Duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop and maintain dialogue and relationships with USAF, Defense Industry, and internal personnel in execution of duties. Interface with Executive and Senior level Customer Front Office staffs on a daily basis.

- Set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work. Coordinate Executive and Senior level moderately complex activities within and external to Customer.

- Screen telephone calls personnel visits, and monitor office door entry/exit. Screen mail, highlight items and attach relevant information for supervisor's review. Respond to correspondence under own signature or draft responses for supervisor's review on more complex correspondence. Revise/manage the Office website link.

- Execute and handle Customer actions when management personnel are at offsite meetings with customers. Support any issues that need immediate attention with the office, customer, or other internal employees. Execute needed actions for visitors; accept deliveries, or accomplish customer deliveries, when required. Report any building, equipment, computer issues and have repaired/fixed. Pick up mail, purchase stamps, and take mail, boxes, etc. to Post Office, UPS, and or FedEx.

- Manage, track, and/or procure supplies, and submit associated expense reports.

- Track, research, and execute certain Customer financial and budget actions with supervisor. Track annual donation and Event sponsorships, and submit necessary approval forms and process payments when required.

- Make reservations for various USAF, Industry, and Government Events. Submit approval form requests and/or expense reports, as necessary.

- Arrange and track travel requirements for Customer's Managers. Submit approval form requests and or expense reports, as necessary.

- Schedule and track Conference Room reservations and support logistics and needs of scheduled meetings. Duties include actions associated with Conference Reservations, drink and snack set-up; cater arrangements, and/or logistics for visitors.

- Assist and support local Customer Sponsored Events, which may include work duties at locations outside of the Office.

- Responsible for the completion of Key Job requirements, training, and other tasks related to this position as assigned by management.

- The position also requires knowledge of administrative matters regarding the operation of the office to a fixed budget and in full compliance with company procedures, security guidelines and ethics policies.



- Candidate should have experience and/or specialized training in related fields, proficiency and knowledge with computer execution, and general office administration skills, plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent qualifications.

- Direct experience with the United States Air Force Materiel Command or equivalent other customers at Senior and/or Executive levels desired.

- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills and team building are necessary.
