**Whats a typical day as an** **Sr. Corporate Recruiter** **? You will be:**


+ Responsible for delivery of excellence throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle in larger scale hiring.

+ Taking a lead role in helping drive quality outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers, other members of Talent Acquisition and your HR Business Partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring projects

+ Accountable for managing the hiring and selection process including quality candidate sourcing that meet the needs of your Hiring Manager, the role, and the company

+ Have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand and understanding of the opportunity to screen and attract top talent.

+ Focusing on delivering a positive and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

+ Recruiting and hiring top talent

+ Sourcing active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research

+ Leveraging recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent

+ Providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including salary recommendations and closing of candidates

+ Delivering an engaging candidate experience by uncovering and understanding factors that influence talent, knowing their motivators and adjusting your approach to manage a variety of situations

+ Proactively provide meaningful marketing intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, demonstrating value as a trusted talent advisor

+ Participating in local talent planning sessions to better understand the succession pipelining and facilitate successful internal hiring where appropriate

+ Collaborating with Hiring Manager to create impactful advertising and drive engagement across social media to identify talent

+ Collaborating with the business to understand critical and repeatable roles to identify talent pipelining strategy

+ Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of assigned business areas to support meaningful conversation around volumes, performance, and forecasting

+ Proactively maintaining and enhancing knowledge of the company ensure you are continuously evolving your business understanding and knowledge


**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**


+ Have a Bachelors degree with 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting

+ Are previously experienced in supporting manufacturing in Healthcare or Pharma _(no IT, Sales, or Executive Recruiting please)_

+ Have proven capability in effectively managing concurrent hiring priorities and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines

+ Have a solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor; track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

+ Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Are able to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders

+ Are experienced working in a transformative environment with an ability to deal effectively with multiple, potentially conflicting priorities and ambiguity

+ Have experience utilizing recruiting tools such as an ATS or CRM and direct sourcing tools and techniques

+ Are able to travel occasionally to meet the needs of stakeholders and candidates
