Kelly FSP Science and Clinical is currently seeking a Sr Data Analyst - Global Inventory Management for a 9 month engagement with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This position is onsite 2-3 days per week in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA or REMOTE.


This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Kelly is looking for a **Global Inventory Sr. Data Analyst.** The primary locations for this position for consideration will West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, & Zuchwil, Switzerland. Will also consider candidates in Bridgewater, NJ & Cork, Ireland.


We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled data analyst who can take ownership of the development and deployment of analytics solutions focusing on the area of Inventory Management. The Sr. Data Analyst position will be responsible for leading activities to modernize and develop data analytics/dashboards. You will acquire deep understanding of business opportunities in these areas and take on the challenge of addressing them with analytics solutions. In addition, you will be expected to collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, building relationships, and focus on understanding the overall business area being supported.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Create compelling analyses, data analytics solutions inc. visualizations via Tableau or Power BI and automation of data flows via Alteryx or Python to improve inventory reporting capabilities and optimize business decision making based on data.

+ Develop / implement replicable solutions (inc. project documentation, process flowcharts, sustainable data) to ensure solutions are leveraged for future projects; Build and maintain library of reusable algorithms for future use, ensuring developed codes are documented.

+ Actively engage partners during this development cycle to collect feedback to improve and integrate the product into existing systems or processes.

+ Incorporate business knowledge into solution approach; Effectively develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams.

+ Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences and explain the benefits and impacts of the recommended solutions.

+ Prepare reports, updates and/or presentations related to progress made on a project or solution; Clearly communicate impacts of recommendations to drive alignment and appropriate implementation.

+ Execute tasks with high levels of efficiency and quality; Make appropriate selection, utilization, and interpretation of advanced analytical methodologies.


**Qualifications**


+ Preferred - Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience. Will also consider bachelor's supply chain management engineering if extensive work experience building data science solutions.

+ 4+ Year Advanced analytical experiencefocus on data mining, analysis, and reporting key business insights

+ Advanced experience with following required: Alteryx, Tableau/PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint. Coding in R/Python is a plus.

+ Communicates Effectively -- Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

+ Optimizes Work Processes - Finding the most efficient and effective processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement and creating sustainable solutions.

+ Demonstrated ability to Collaborate building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

+ Knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, APO or similar) would be ideal but not required.

+ English language proficiency is required.

+ Role is based but not limited to North America, however, the scope is Global

+ Travel requirement up to 15% domestic and international.
