**Kelly Services is seeking a Sr. Marketing Communications Coordinator for a large healthcare manufacturing company located in Orange. This is a temp to hire position which will work remotely.**

Location: Orange, CA 92867 *will work remotely, but must be local to the area

**Job Summary:**


Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Sr Marketing Communications Coordinator will have responsibility in professional education, tradeshow and channel marketing for Infection Prevention + Specialty BU focusing on our medical and dental business.


This person is responsible to support in driving growth in our infection prevention business through effective execution of marketing strategy in line with commercial goals of the business. The Sr. Marketing Communications Coordinator will work cross-functionally to gather and prioritize the industry and customer requirements, defining professional education and marketing program plan, then working closely with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams to ensure metrics for program excellence, revenue and customer satisfaction are obtained.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Responsible for the effective management of building, planning and implement the overall digital marketing, professional education, tradeshow.


+ Work closely with downstream marketing managers to support ongoing commercial priorities, including digital campaign engagement, trade shows, research, and competitive intelligence.


**Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy**


+ Creative thinker able to collaborate with marketing manager and sales functions for effective development of creative trackable campaign development.

+ Develop creative briefs and build digital content (email, social, etc.)

+ Ability to develop corporate relationships with third party vendors to drive marketing execution.

+ Utilize performance metrics and analytics to gauge program effectiveness and adjust future proposal

+ Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

+ Utilize industry best practices, and up to date with industry trends

+ Prepare and deliver business presentations on marketing performance for management


**Tradeshows and Events**


+ Build and implement solutions and professional education processes in line with commercial organization needs of the business unit.

+ Develop and manage of global tradeshows and events including, promotional plan, booth layout, premiums, and logistics

+ Act as a main point of contact and collaborate with vendors on the enhancement and development of the Professional Education platforms. Evaluate performance as necessary

+ Develop Business Intelligence & measure effectiveness of educational tools

+ Maintain awareness and alignment with existing guidelines (Joint Commission, AAMI, APIC, CDC, Joint Commission and ADA)

+ Support the the development of clinical marketing tools, collateral and shares best sales/marketing practices and disseminate to regions and local markets.


**QUALIFICATIONS:**


+ 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

+ Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

+ Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools (HubSpot) and best practices

+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software

+ Familiarity with platform integration (HubSpot, Google Analytics and CRM)

+ Familiarity with web design and platforms (Drupal8)

+ Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a companys success


+ Experience with marketing to medical professionals

+ Familiar with what is required for accreditation for continuing education training.

+ Exceptional analytical capabilities with experiences in analyzing market and testing data, extracting relevant information, and providing recommendations.

+ Proven ability to consult with internal and external clients to determine project objectives, design appropriate methodology, and prioritize, manage resources and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously

+ Demonstrated experience with competitive analysis

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate and influence a cross functional team.

+ Effective time management skills to ensure on-time delivery of products

+ Self-starter, problem solver

+ Passionate about the company mission to improve quality of patient care


**EDUCATION:**


+ Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, or Business with 2+ years of experience.


OR


+ Associates degree in Communications, or Business with 4+ years of experience.


**Travel requirement**


+ This position requires occasional travel domestic up to 10% of the time.
