**Job Title:** Staffing Specialist


**Salary:** $65,000-$70,000/ annually


**Location:** South Chesterfield, VA (Richmond, VA)

**What were looking for:**


We are looking for a Staffing Specialist who will be responsible for managing high volume manufacturing labor hourly workforce recruiting efforts. Develops and executes sourcing/recruiting approaches and actively identifies and recruits talent. Supports employment functions, interfaces with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners to provide a smooth, efficient, and OFCCP compliant recruitment process.


**What youll be responsible for in this role:**


+ Works closely with hiring managers and HR business partners through the recruiting and talent selection process.

+ Integrates into and learns the business in order to provide a solid understanding for better positioning of recruiting talent.

+ Implements marketing and branding campaigns, attending networking and career development events.

+ Develops recruitment materials to attract and retain qualified candidates.

+ Utilizes various traditional and non-traditional recruitment tools to source talent and build candidate pipelines, including applicant tracking system, employee referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, research, cold calling, job fairs and other sourcing strategies as required.

+ Creates a memorable candidate experience by energizing candidates around Operating Companys unique employment value proposition.

+ Independently interviews and evaluates candidates, refers qualified applicants to department managers for consideration. May also conduct onsite interviews as required.

+ Participates in and provides recommendations and feedback on recruitment projects as needed.

+ Leverages internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements.

+ Maintains reports and analyzes recruiting statistics to track progress and review with leadership; provides recommendations based on analysis.

+ Maintains relationship with inactive/passive candidates and builds a network of talent in the marketplace.

+ Provides ongoing communication with hiring managers, HR business partners, and where necessary, key stakeholders on status of candidates and progress.

+ Provides HR generalist duties for Case division where workload allows and/or to support business needs.

+ Provides recruiting support for DFR recruiting where workload allows.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.


**What are the basic qualifications?**


+ Bachelors Degree with 2+ years relevant experience or High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience

+ Requires 2+ years experience with high-volume recruitment.

+ Requires 2+ years recruiting talent in the areas of manufacturing and light industrial.


**What are the preferred qualifications?**


+ Bachelors Degree

+ Prior experience recruiting manufacturing light industrial talent in an OFCCP regulated environment is preferred.


**To be a great fit for the role:**


+ Experience with sales, marketing, branding as well as customer service is a plus.

+ Experience with various recruitment sourcing techniques (i.e. Career Fairs, LinkedIn, specialty sites, employee referrals, cold calling, etc.).

+ A working knowledge of Internet recruiting technology and solid computer proficiency.

+ Demonstrated success in building credible relationships and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process.

+ Demonstrated performance driven and results orientation with a focus on continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and compliance in all facets of recruitment and selection.

+ Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information.

+ Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation.
