Stop Loss Coordinator

Position Summary:

Enter insurance information into database

Act as liaison between brokers and underwriters

Performs calculations and processes general accounting requests for billing or payments.

Provides customer service to clients and partners.

Checks status of claims and processes policy changes.

Runs reports as needed.

Education: Associate Degree Business Administration or related field

Work Experience: 2 years customer service, operations support, medical coding/medical background in a non-clinical setting.
