Storeroom Receiving Clerk

Were seeking a Temporary Storeroom Attendant and Receiving Clerk in Silver Grove, KY. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. This is a contract positions for 4-months. **Pay rate: $19.00/hr.**
**Typical Job Duties include** :
+ Perform a variety of clerical and manual tasks in maintaining inventory control. Receiving, verifying, storing, and issuing various supplies, materials, and equipment.
+ Receive, monitor, and store parts, materials, and equipment. Proficient in the use of purchasing department systems with sound organization skills and possess a working knowledge of personal computer software systems.
+ Duties:
+ Cycle Counting
+ Organize and Issue Maintenance Parts, working closely with the storeroom clerk and maintenance planners.
+ Compare quantities shown on packaging slips to actual items received and original purchase order
+ note backordered items.
+ Receive and unload incoming materials.
+ Take physical inventories on a regular basis - in accordance with company policy - to verify inventory
+ Enter systems receiving into SAP for any/all items that come into the plant on a daily basis.
+ Assist in resolving issues that are delaying payment to our vendors.
Additional duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements** :
High school Diploma is required
Able to be a team and customer service oriented individual
Able to perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner and follow all company safety standards
Forklift or mobile equipment experience a plus. Training will be provided.
SAP Experience is a plus
Able to use windows computers and Microsoft products such as Excel for Data Entry
Able to interact, communicate and work effectively and professionally with all employees and management staff in a team-oriented environment
Role requires strong attention to detail
Able to start immediately and work independently
Punctual to work
Strong listening skills
Able to lift up to 75 lbs., as well as endure long periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping on the plant floor (temperature can sometimes not be monitored)
