**Study Coordinator II**

Performs activities related to the Project Management process by coordinating activities for routine studies/projects in compliance with appropriate protocol, standards operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency guidelines, in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.


+ Drafts protocols, methods, and procedures, and assists in study/project scheduling, as appropriate,.

+ Maintains template documents and standard method/procedure repository

+ Enter/Tabulate study/project data

+ Reviews study data.

+ Communicates and interacts with various departments within, as well as, working in collaboration with clients.

+ Updates and maintains project tracking systems, as appropriate.

+ Responsible for report preparation, including table and figure preparation. Compiles analytical information from laboratory groups.

+ Participates in and assists project leadership with pre-initiation and other study related meetings, as required.

+ Maintains well-documented, organized and up-to-date study folders/files including study schedules, protocol/report, and correspondence.

+ Reviews audits. Submits audit responses for approval, as appropriate. Follows up with appropriate personnel to ensure that all necessary report/raw data clarifications are completed within the specified time lines.

+ Reviews client comments and makes decisions, including appropriate study personnel as necessary, to ensure that all relevant report/raw data clarifications are completed.

+ Responsible for report productions through finalization, including archival of data as appropriate.

+ Assists with routine client visits, as requested.

+ Manages data transfer to clients, as requested.

+ Assists Project Leader in monitoring projects.

+ Assists with business administration/department metrics

+ Perform laboratory work, as necessary.

+ Other duties, as assigned

**Minimum Required:**

+ _Bachelor degree in science or a program with an emphasis in writing (ex. English or Journalism) plus one year of related experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for education._

+ _Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills_ .

+ _Excellent_ interpersonal skills, as well as, service skills (internal and external) including attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and communication skills.

+ Skilled in concise writing. Writing should require little external review or edit.

+ Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, composition, and spelling _according to company standard conventions_ .

+ Efficient use of word processing software, database, spreadsheet, and specialized software programs.

+ _Efficient_ in managing time and prioritizing.

+ _Experienced in project management_

+ _Knowledge of a variety of studies in the department and client base._

+ _Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines._

+ Bachelor degree in science _or a program with an emphasis in writing (ex. English or Journalism)_ . Relevant experience may be substituted for education.

+ Mandatory immunizations and screening as required.

+ Overtime and weekend work as required.

+ Some travel may be required.

+ Will be exposed to potential food allergens and food microbiology laboratory environment
