One of our esteemed **Medical device** client is looking for **Supply Chain Analyst** in **Nashville, TN** . This is a **Direct Hire** role.

Pay: 60k per year with full benefits

**Supply Chain Analyst Position**

The Supply Chain analyst supports the site with data analysis and coordination to support the results-oriented growth in BPG. The Supply Chain analyst partner with the other functions and the analytics team to support business decisions and impact of those decisions. As required, this role could be expanded to drive other related key initiatives for site the role supports.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical packages for the sites & network partners that enable them to drive the best decisions for Thermo Fisher

+ Maintenance of site MTO lead times & critical ERP supply chain MRP settings

+ Provide analytical coverage and problem solving across supply chain ~ demand, supply, materials management, distribution

+ Maintain & optimize the site capacity model to prepare for site & network SIOP/S&OP & collating site load charts, supporting the site Planning Manager

+ Maintenance of raw material safety stocks

+ Maintenance of site MTO lead times & critical ERP supply chain MRP settings regularly

+ Host site critical metric meetings On time in full, lead time, inventory, other

+ Develop and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports on critical metrics

+ Perform data gathering from multiple sources (E1, EDW, Hyperion, Oracle R12, Made 2 manage, Cognos, other as required)

+ Perform data reporting via Excel, Microsoft Project, other

+ Develop dashboards and power point for data reporting

+ Use of root cause analysis, lean investigative tools and continuous improvement for balanced corrective action to maintain customer experience service levels.

+ Partner with the LSG analytics team to insure process consistency in reporting and analytics.

+ Look for JDI (Just Do it) opportunities that provide an immediate impact and longer term based trend analysis

+ Collaborate with others across the BU and BPG to drive standard methodology and process completion

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ Proficient in managing and analyzing data in Excel; sophisticated pivot tables & reporting, power query, advanced charting, data analysis, index, match, SQL

+ Strong Supply Chain acumen

+ Demonstrable understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles, finite scheduling, product flow, data management, and supply chain planning

+ Knowledgeable regarding MRP principles and system dynamics

+ Comfortable with large banks of data. Spotting process inefficiencies and collaborating with others to drive fixes and solutions

+ Ability to demonstrate communication and influencing skills, judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Certified in APICS CPIM, CSCP, Project management PMP, or ISM CPSM

+ Lean/six sigma green belt or higher

Planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing MRP/ERP tools (Made2Manage, Oracle, SAP, JDE, server-based systems)
