**Job Description:** Supply Chain Data Analyst
Contract to Hire
Work Location
This position is located at our Plymouth, MN site.
What You'll be Doing...
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you are responsible for;
Work with business and IT teams to understand data consumers needs
Create reports, dashboards, graphs and visualizations that effectively communicate the meaning of the data
Directly supports leaders of supply chain to develop performance metrics, monthly reporting and ad hoc project analysis as needed
Ensure solutions align to data management best practices
Steady State Support
Manage and monitor operation report portfolio (weekly, monthly and quarterly reports)
Provides analysis in support of supply chain strategies, which will help prioritize and provide focus for continuous improvement projects and ensure that resources are deployed for the best possible return
Participates in Supply and Demand Chain projects across the organization.

What your background should look like:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Preferred experience presenting data with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint or willingness to learn
Indirect leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional optimization and collaboration across multi-cultural teams and external partners.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP and other standard reporting and analytical software
Experience working in well-established ERP systems (SAP) preferred
