Duties include:

_Responsible for planning and maintaining a material procurement process which establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quality, and timely delivery_


_Manage Supply Chain department activities and employees_


_Interact and manage Internal global group companies who provide 80% of all purchases_


_Supervise purchase of production and/or non-production materials according to schedules or purchase requisitions and coordinate suppliers to meet Company's goals regarding quality, delivery, and cost_


_Plan/Schedule suppliers/sub-contractors to maintain uninterrupted flow of materials including raw materials, components, sub-components and services from internal, local and overseas suppliers_


_Identify, notify and manage potential shortages by planning and expediting internally and externally_


_Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit planning/production/customer service requirements by negotiating with suppliers for delaying or bringing forward, cancelling, reducing or minimizing ordered quantities to minimize impact on inventory holding_


_Liaising with freight forwarders for all incoming materials from oversea suppliers and maintaining in-transit report for accurate online information for Customer Service_


_Support management team with all required reporting of data analysis and prepare reports for management presentations_


_Participate in the recruiting and hiring of Supply Chain staff_


_Additional duties as assigned_
