**Title:** Supply Chain Specialist


**Location:** Racine, WI


**Duration:** Through the end of the year


**Pay:** $18 $20/hour


**Overview**


+ Analyze, schedule and control the inventory of parts assets which are supplied by the companys plants, subsidiaries and suppliers by implementing forecasting and ordering guidelines to meet inventory level and percent of fill goals.


**Responsibilities**


+ Pro-actively contact supply base to expedite parts deliveries for depot orders to achieve world-class levels of after sales support and customer satisfaction.

+ Utilize Common Spare Parts System (CSPS) for forecasting, order placement and supplier collaboration activities.

+ Provide high level of product support and customer satisfaction while optimizing the inventory of the company.

+ Review and expedite parts to resolve availability and scheduling issues that arise.

+ Control all scheduling and inventory levels of product lines assigned.


+ Maximize product support levels to dealer organization.

+ Provide inventory support for Parts Marketing and remanufacturing programs.

+ Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers.

+ Responsible for $20+ million-part inventory.

+ Responsible for supplier on-time delivery results.

+ Work with suppliers to balance cost/benefit of supplier minimum order quantities versus impact to company inventory and cost.


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or equivalent

+ Associates degree with 3+ years of experience in Material Supply

+ Data analytics experience is a plus


**Additional Information**


+ Will be working remote for now but must be available to work in Racine as needed
