**Summary:**


The Systems Analyst works closely with managers and staff from all departments to oversee the design, implementation, integration, ongoing improvement and support of core business application software, databases, and network infrastructure.


The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical and communication skills, and thrive both independently and as part of a project team. We are seeking candidates who can work effectively from a home office and from McMinnville office.


**Major Duties & Responsibilities:**


+ Design, implement, configure, manage, and support enterprise business systems and supporting infrastructure to ensure fit for the organization.

+ Manage the integration and stewardship of system interfaces and data resources to ensure a common view, ease of access and efficient business processes.

+ Support business intelligence efforts and data-driven decision-making capabilities within the organization by developing and supporting solutions to track and display metrics through associated dashboards

+ Devise ways to add new functionality to existing application software.

+ Design and develop new systems by choosing and configuring software and hardware.

+ Administer development operations (DevOps) to support application software environments, document procedures, ensure version control and manage releases

+ Implement appropriate processes, controls, and standards to ensure compliance with necessary regulatory requirements while supporting associated audit processes


**Qualifications & Desired Skills:**


+ 5+ or more years of IT application delivery, software development, business process analysis and/or project management experience with associated certifications.

+ Knowledge and experience with Healthcare industry, lab environment and associated regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI, and privacy compliance), highly desirable.

+ Experience with software applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Lab Information Management Systems, Patient Portals, Accounting Software (QuickBooks), CRM (Nutshell), Learning Management Systems, Teamwork, and other Project Management tools as well as exposure to network management fundamentals.

+ Knowledge of IT System Development Lifecycle methods including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and other project methodologies.

+ Strong understanding of databases and data management, business analysis, and lifecycle management of business systems.

+ Strong interpersonal and listening skills; the ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively to stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally, and work as part of a team.

+ Adept at establishing trust, empathy and positive working relationships with coworkers and vendor partners.
