Systems Administrator Lead (P2P/Ariba/S2P Deployment) job is available with Kelly Services in Houston, TX. You must have strong analytical, communication and project management skills to work within the supply chain management team. Your will work manage the PSCM Systems Team which, working alongside the Process team, develops and implements the Purchase to Pay Process within the Region. This role is responsible for the deployment and sustainability of global standard S2P tools and systems for companys supplier base. The specialist is responsible for supporting suppliers that are e-enabled and non-e-Enabled to ensure effective PO and invoice processing. Supplier Enablement and Engagement will leverage deployment methodologies, and global standard best practices to increase invoice automation within the organization. You will utilize GBS Supplier Enablement services lines for supplier support and deployment and transformation activities.



Responsibilities and Duties




+ You will work directly with the AP, Category, Procurement Services and Ariba teams for effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.

+ Your will conduct supplier segmentation and onboard suppliers to the Marketplace to support the continual increase of invoice automation

+ Deliver the Systems RoadMap Demonstrate expert understanding of the software product and its configuration within company.

+ Responsible for level of service, coaching and guidance for the system specialists. Represents the PSCM application in assessing access control requests and 3rd Parties, linkages to other supplier systems (such as through **supplier enablement or hub connectivity** ).

+ Design future product specifications with the Process team, end users and all other stakeholders. Develops a high level of expertise in the software product and its configuration.

+ Acts as a central point of contact for identifying and driving best practices enabled by the system and supporting applications. Coaches others on the product and how to fully leverage its potential. Ensures developments comply with PSCM architecture requirements and link with both internal organizations (such as FC&A) and suppliers to ensure full integration.

+ Manages the delivery of new functionality to deliver explicit business value, including provision of development, testing and training environments and arranging these with vendors.

+ Drives best practices relating to application support, assures service levels and provides guidance to system specialists at site.

+ Drive supplier segmentation to increase e-enablement of suppliers, which will result in an increase of invoice automation

+ Perform S2P supplier enablement supplier onboarding activities and educate suppliers on the S2P process and systems; provide training as required

+ Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization, including supplier organizations.

+ Become an expert of the S2P process, in order to understand key touch points for issues regarding PO and invoice processing

+ Perform supplier readiness assessments for deployment and transformation

+ Codify learnings for coordinated problem solving and share best practices for improved productivity and subsequent deployments

+ Create and delivery communications and training material for S2P systems and tools that are being deployed to suppliers

+ Deliver the necessary S2P Supplier Enablement and Engagement deployment and transformation activities based on the agreed project plan with the business

+ Demonstrate the company Values and Leadership behaviors within the organization

+ Delivering services to a global customer base of different cultures and varying business needs

+ Effectively handle difficult and challenging customer interactions; maintain poise and professionalism on every interaction. Builds relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels

+ Ability to work closely with our partner and Supply Chain center of excellence teams to ensure delivery success





Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:




+ Demonstrable experience of leading a Systems team.

+ Demonstrable influencing skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with senior management and internal and external representatives.

+ Global / Multi-national business experience.

+ Being able to work under pressure and stringent time constraints Team leader as well as working under own initiative.

+ Experience working in an Integrated Project Team environment.

+ Degree qualified or equivalent preferred.

+ Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.

+ University degree in Supply Chain, Business or technical discipline

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain and Procure to Pay and business performance metrics

+ Experience in coaching and training

+ Appropriate working knowledge of systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba and software tools such as Excel, Access, Word, SharePoint etc.

+ Strong knowledge management skills

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills

+ Demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies, across organizational boundaries and levels within company and with suppliers

+ Excellent stakeholder management skills

+ Quick learner, ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

+ Strong Problem - solving skills

+ Previous work experience on deploying Procurement systems

+ Basic Project management skills

+ Strong data analytical and root cause analysis skills

+ Strong working knowledge of MS Office products i.e. PowerPoint, Access & Excel.

+ Working knowledge of Maximo, Ariba, Reporting Pipeline, Sun Systems.





**Desirable Criteria**






+ Professional PSCM qualification (MCIPS), MBA or equivalent

+ Previous work experience on global deployment projects
