Kellys Client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter (hybrid work schedule) to its Human Resources team located at their North American Headquarters in Allegan, MI to support a Supply Chain project. This is a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for oversight and management of the non-exempt and administrative positions within Clients Operations. They will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This position will also be responsible for managing and developing the strategies for Clients company-wide internship program.


+ Responsible for full life cycle recruiting consisting of posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.

+ Provide guidance to hiring managers on hiring policies and procedures while working closely with key stakeholders to provide offer recommendations.

+ Extend and negotiate job offers while also facilitating on-boarding activities or internal job moves if appropriate.

+ Coordinate pre-employment testing (background checks/drug tests) and reference checks during offer stage while conducting adverse actions when necessary.

+ Conduct candidate feedback sessions to determine successful candidate(s).

Required Experience:

+ Solid knowledge of recruiting based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques.

+ Experience effectively building and maintaining relationships with team members, internal managers, and selling employment opportunities to external candidates.

+ Successful history of partnering with internal clients while also managing their expectations.

+ Demonstrated project management abilities while driving initiatives through to completion using great attention to detail.

+ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability while working independently.

+ Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and advanced web-based application tracking system skills.

+ Background in recruiting or supporting a companys Operations/Manufacturing environment preferred.

+ College/University recruiting, or corporate internship management experience preferred.

+ Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is required with 2+ years of human resources experience (specifically recruiting) is preferred.

+ In lieu of a degree, consideration may be given to those who hold 6+ years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience within recruiting.

+ Experience supporting operations/supply chain is helpful
