HRBP/Talent Acquisition for Leading Automotive Company in Byhalia, Mississippi



The HRBP/Talent Acquisition hybrid role screens, recruits and interviews internal and external applicants to fill job vacancies. Coordinates necessary steps and information to hire applicants. Takes a proactive role in filling job vacancies and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in work matters. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Coordinates recruitment on-boarding activities and completes pre-employment process and orientation. Maintains an effective working relationship with internal staff and external agencies. The HRBP/Talent Acquisition also provides comprehensive HR consultation and support services with the purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of business and HR initiatives and supports the organizations strategic objectives. Stays will informed of HR practices. Utilizes work force management and other databases for research, applicant tracking and new hire processing. Models appropriate behavior.



Experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills.



Proficiency with social recruiting techniques (via LinkedIn, Facebook, Internet mining (Google), Twitter, etc.) is a must.



The HRBP will provide consultative advice to hiring managers and senior leaders regarding candidates' viability. This individual will utilize advanced recruitment methodologies designed to convert best talent in a competitive environment.



**Primary Responsibilities**




+ Create comprehensive recruitment strategies rooted in business needs of today and tomorrow

+ Deliver diverse talent pools for active requisitions and proactive introductions for the future; curate a network of key talent in support of succession planning needs

+ Propose and lead initiatives to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce and culture

+ Ideate and support branding strategies that effectively attract best talent

+ Continuously learn our business, our component functions, the connected job responsibilities, and the overall vision and shared goals of the positions and talent we aim to attract

+ Develop and maintain strong working partnership with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to yield success, predictable results and credibility

+ Architect, manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and hiring managers

+ Influence by providing insightful market data that informs growth-oriented decisions

+ Draft and maintain strictest data quality of all talent communication, including position specifications, interview assessments, and post-interview debrief notes; preserve accurate and well-ordered documentation to ensure compliance adherence

+ Remain informed of trends and innovative techniques; deploy state-of-the art practices

+ Deliver highest client service, maintain high recruitment standards and consistently execute with operational excellence

+ Anticipate the future; deliver recommendations for long-term, strategic (programmatic) and proactive recruiting solutions to always be ahead of business demand

+ Recruiting for all open positions - managing job posting, general networking, managing Temporary agency expectations

+ Improve hiring and onboarding processes from start to finish

+ Assist with new employee onboardings and company trainings
