The position is a 36-month contract position. Pay is $28/hr. The position is 100% remote however: supporting business in MST and PST times.


**What you will be doing**


As a Talent Management Analyst, you will report to the Director of Talent and Performance Management as part of our newly established Talent COE (Center of Excellence). In this role, you will be part of the team that oversees the enterprise-wide strategy, design, execution, and evaluation of all talent programs across ACI.


As an expert in this area, you will have a deep understanding of best practices and a proven track record in implementing and assessing talent management processes and programs, with a strong skillset in structuring/modeling data, data analysis, and data visualization. This person brings knowledge for advancing people and organizational capabilities and has an insatiable thirst for learning and trying new things. You will work primarily with the Talent Management team, HR, and business stakeholders to run analyses on their teams, present findings, and recommendations that will help create a pipeline of talented associates across the enterprise.


**Main responsibilities**


+ **Data & Analytics** . Leverage talent data to create actionable intelligence, establish ROI, and draw insights for business leaders. Contribute to the creation of future state plans based on trends and forward-looking analytics that turn data into clear stories for business partners and senior leadership.

+ **Reporting** : Own and manage all talent management analytics and reports, such as dashboards, performance calibration analyses, bench strength, and succession movement. Scale and automate reporting, where needed. Proactively identify ways to improve data integrity.

+ **Evaluation and Metrics Strategy** : Develop and implement an evaluation and metrics approach for assessing the effectiveness of new talent programs and processes that measure change in capabilities and behavior.

+ **Needs Assessment** : Partner with Talent leadership and HR to collect data, analyze findings, and recommend improvements, changes, and/or new programs and processes to implement.

+ **Program Support** : Support talent management initiatives starting with performance management and talent planning (e.g. talent reviews, succession planning). Assist on other enterprise-wide talent programs with local and regional management and HR Business Partners as needed.

+ **Vendor Management** : Source, evaluate, and maintain vendor/consultant relationships.


We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:


+ 5+ years of experience in implementing talent management processes and programs within an organization

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree (e.g. Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology); Masters Degree is a plus

+ Deep experience in working with talent data and programs at scale, preferably in a matrix environment
