Kelly Services is seeking a **Talent Identification/Candidate Screener (REMOTE)** for a global healthcare company with more than 90 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care in **Plainsboro, NJ.**


**Job Title: Talent Identification/Candidate Screener (REMOTE)**

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Contract

Length: 6-Months (potential for extension)

Est. Start Date: November 2019

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Pay Rate: $36 - $46 per hour



**Overview:**



This is a professional talent identification/candidate screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent position(s) focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a specialty. Full life cycle recruiter experience may suffice. This will be a virtual opportunity; not Princeton-based.


Recent corporate Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods experience is required, and not simply through agency support.


Demonstrated ability to qualify and phone screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques focused in some of the following areas:


1. Marketing

2. Sales

3. Market Access

4. Biopharmaceutical


**Job Role:**




+ Receives potential candidates from lead Recruiter to phone interview.

+ Conducts light sourcing of the applicant tracking system and assigned requisitions in order to identify potential for phone screen.

+ Conducts detailed phone screens with overall recommendations/summaries.

+ Completes phone screen form in the applicant tracking system (Kenexa/SuccessFactors) and passes details onto the recruiter for final review/discussion

+ Adheres to the identified recruitment process.

+ Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.

+ Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.



**Minimum Requirements:**




+ BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience

+ Proven recent experience utilizing competency-based, behavioral interviewing experience a plus.

+ AIRS certification a plus.

+ Minimum 5 years of HR-related experience, with some of that experience being in Talent Acquisition

+ Corporate Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods corporate experience required.

+ Applicant tracking experience required. Experience with Kenexa and/or SuccessFactors a plus.

+ Demonstrated experience in an environment of multiple and changing priorities.

+ Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.

+ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
