+ Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour

+ Duration: 6-Month Contract

Whats a typical day as a Talent Sourcer? Youll be:

Promoting the company as an employer of choice through development of professional networks and attendance at external recruitment conferences and events

Constantly monitoring and remaining up to date with all industry trends, information and publications, and building market intelligence to inform successful sourcing strategies

Proactively researching and networking to develop a strong candidate funnel within target markets and for niche roles within the company

Measuring conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

Utilizing both internal and external sources, systems and networks to identify suitable passive candidates

Identifying and engaging suitable leads, nurturing them into active candidates by articulating company career opportunities in a compelling way

Responsible for ensuring quality candidate experience

Employing innovative approaches to maintain candidate networks and continuously expanding the companys pool of potential candidates

Sharing insights and valuable market intelligence with the talent acquisition teams

Managing ad hoc projects related to sourcing within the assigned discipline

Driving social media candidate outreach through key channels including LinkedIn and Twitter

Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques

Supporting in developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Promoting employer brand online and offline

Attracting, selecting and retaining the right people from the internal and external market, leveraging our employer brand in a compelling way

Taking part in assessment of candidates where appropriate

Advising Hiring Managers about talent sourcing and their role in attracting the best talent

Coaching the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing best practice and external innovation

Driving engagement with our people from their very first interaction

Ensuring an inclusive and diverse workplace which reflects the communities in which we operate

Coaching Hiring Managers to maintain and promote an environment of respect and dignity

Supporting and coaching Hiring Managers to be role models for diversity and inclusion

Knowing the people in the business area, and ensuring deep awareness of the pulse of the organization

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Breadth and depth of experience in permanent Talent Acquisition

Intermediate candidate sourcing ability with a proven ability to identify and attract individuals from scarce skill and diverse backgrounds

Experience and understanding of digital and social marketing techniques

Numeracy & analytical thinking skills able to quickly and effectively analyze system-generated data to provide insights (talent, reward, performance) and assimilate data and information from a range of sources to inform business insights

The ability to manage complex ER/IR cases responsibly, identifying, pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations Leadership & EQ

Group mind set - naturally looks beyond own area/organizational boundaries to consider the bigger picture and/or perspective of others. Successfully balances the needs of the Function/Group with local needs

Self-awareness, actively seeking input from others on impact and effectiveness

The ability to use insight and good judgement to deliver commercially sound, efficient and pragmatic decisions and solutions and to respond to situations as they arise

Integrity, acting as a role model to others in the function and business

Cultural fluency - able to operate successfully across cultural boundaries with sensitivity

Solution focus seeks to identify solutions which will add value to company and/or enhance relationships and ways of working

An ability to engage with and influence broad number of business and HR stakeholders. Uses effective partnering, consultancy skills and a coach approach to build trust and to ensure maximum team work and results. Is skilled at active listening, influencing and communication

Business acumen & customer focus keeps up to date with internal and external context, understands the relationship between their activity and the company business strategy and drivers, and considers the commercial implications of HR decisions and actions
