In this role you will be responsible for to ensuring the overall compliance of operating within the set quality standards of the Pre-treatment / E-Coat processes.


At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day for a Team Support will include:


Monitoring Pre-treat / E-coat equipment setpoints vs actual


Chemical titrations & testing for all required stages


Chemical / Paint additions to stages & inventory control


Start up & shut down of SST / Conveyors / Boiler / Ovens


Support Line Assistant with Burn off parts


Miscellaneous


Qualifications


We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a SxS Paint Production Coordinator, you must have:


HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED EQUIVALENT


Manufacturing experience ( 6 Months)


Department knowledge of equipment & processes.


Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.


Understand use of all test equipment for the job & chemical handling.


Good communication skills.
