Description _Kelly IT Resources_ is looking for an **Tech Support** **Analyst** for a financial services industry client.

_Contract, long-term_

_W2 contract with health and 401k benefits_

_Regular Shift M-F, 9am-6pm, one hour lunch_

Our client provides financial supply chain solutions and e-invoicing to various organizations and Fortune 500 companies from various industries in the United States and internationally.

The Temporary Technical Support Engineers are the first point of contact for our clients for questions and issues in using company systems.

Support is provided through email, chat, phone, and other channels as required in a timely and polite manner. All support activities and communication are thoroughly documented in a case management system.

**Summary**


+ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
+ Educate customers on “How To” type questions and navigation of the company systems
+ Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
+ Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
+ Respond effectively and timely to customer requests via email, chat, and phone
+ Document research and troubleshooting through company CRM
+ Provide an incredible customer experience with every customer interaction
**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES**


+ Exemplary customer service experience, minimum requirement 1 year
+ Excellent interpersonal, time management skills, and writing skills
+ Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9-6 MST
+ Mature and professional demeanor, attitude, and approach
+ Ability to come to work demonstrating timely and regular attendance.
+ Observe company policies and code of conduct
