Kelly Services is seeking a **Technical Analyst (Call Center CISCO)** for a leading hospital and health care company in **Richardson, Texas.**

**Job Title:** **Technical Analyst (Call Center CISCO)**

**Location: Open to candidates local to** **Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma**

**Type: Contract (W2)**

**Length: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)**

**Pay Rate: $Open to discuss**

**Job Responsibilities:**

The Contact Center Technical Analyst is a temporary position responsible for processing 24/7 & BH Integration business work targeted for year 2021.

Cisco ICM Call routing and Scripting is required.

Should have 5+ years experience designing and deploying Cisco UC/UCCE/ICM/CVP solutions.

The right candidate must have a strong UCCE technical background and demonstrated experience.

As a self-starter requiring minimal supervision, individual must have a strong commitment to technical excellence and teamwork.

**Essential functions** : Translating business requirements and implementation in Cisco Call Center applications including Cisco UCCE/CVP/ICM and Cisco Call Studio. Four or more years of experience in Cisco ICM, CVP, UCCE Contact Center Scripting, Cisco Call Studio.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in Cisco Call Center technologies such as Cisco ICM, CVP, UCCE and UCCX and Contact Center scripting.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience in call flow design and development in Cisco UCCE environments.

Experience in SQL Server.

Experience in VXML scripting and IVR development.

Experience with large scale call center environments and deployments.

Capability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to lead and give technical direction as well as train and mentor.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Word, Excel, Presentation, Project and Visio.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Quick learner, ability to learn on the job.

Desire for continued technical growth

Take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Work with various business teams to develop and provide complete solutions
