Kelly Services is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO!


Pay rate: $15.00/hour


Location: Saint Louis, MO 63146


1 year contract


OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a dedicated, customer centric individual to join our DMS team. This position will be responsible for managing the daily flow of customer support requests, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and working on special projects as requested by management.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


+ CRM support request processing

+ Managing case requests and using tracking software

+ Initial troubleshooting/case review as Tier 1 support

+ Orientation to CRM Support processes for Federation teams

+ Time management to meet customer delivery expectations

+ Follow up with BB/Fusion/Internal support teams on case status

+ Attend regularly scheduled calls with support teams

+ Administrative Tasks

+ Produce weekly CRM support report for team

+ Update Deployment schedules as needed

+ Add new users to user portals as needed

+ Customer Support Implementing Federations

+ Assist with building local environments and deploying packages

+ Coordinate with CRM manager to create templates/scripts for deployment of packages

+ Project support including tasks associated with GoLive


Qualifications:


+ High school diploma, college degree in a business-related field preferred

+ Demonstrated ability to support an organization through detailed understanding of administrative processes and systems.

+ Organized with strong attention to detail and data management

+ Ability to independently troubleshoot CRM support cases prior to escalation

+ Excellent time management and strong sense of priority

+ Fast learner with a self-motivated approach to work

+ Experience with Blackbaud CRM and/or customer support experience related to a technology platform preferred

+ Past experience in managing data and administrative processes a plus
