**Job Summary**

Utilizes computer-based systems to coordinate, monitor, track, and report to Supplier Quality Development any supplier related detail and performance. Analyzes data and related processes, making recommendations for improvement when possible. Assists management and engineers to identify suppliers needing action, initiating action, and tracking progress; Oversees Quality File, Change Management and quality Scorecard data responsibilities for the department. Provides data management solutions & supports the implementation of new systems to log, monitor, track and report data within SQD. Interfaces with other cross-functional Nissan members to Champion Feasibility Meetings for supplier Site Changes.

Review, logging and assigning of Change Management Requests (FSCR/PCR) & Quality File documents into Nissan systems.

Champion to coordinate feasibility meetings with all stakeholders, assess risk potential and provide direction/judgment to suppliers for site change requests (FSCR)

Department document management with procedures, work instructions, Website support & overall maintenance of all associated records.

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the roll out, training, and implementation of data systems within SQD using Sharepoint, Salesforce, Access, Excel or other systems necessary to make data management efficient in the department

Responsible for Scorecard quality report generation, including cross functional data collection, calculation, data upload to Japan and report distribution

Update and distribution of Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and overall supports department (US and Mexico) in other report activity as needed, at the direction of Director, Sr. Manager and Managers.

Support the coordination of supplier training activities and Webinars Maintains, updates, and reports status on various reports; daily, weekly, monthly, or on an annual basis for assigned section, prepared for department or upper management.

Engages in team-focused process planning, as well as execution of projects and other activities with teams under a common Director.

As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

**Minimum Qualifications**

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

**Job Knowledge and Skill:**

Thorough understanding of data analytics, supplier improvement and general understanding of sourcing process knowledge in phase with vehicle development cycles. Some knowledge of the automotive manufacturing processes involved in one or more types of part fabrication. Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time. Strong initiative and strong time management skills.


3+ years of experience at a professional level in related field.


Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, IT or a related major, or equivalent job training. Computer Skills:

Extensive knowledge MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look Up, Macros), PowerPoint, Access. Some programming capability and knowledge with Enterprise solutions such as SharePoint and Salesforce with overall database management and mainframe applications as necessary.
