Technical Support Engineer - Tier 3 - Plano, TX

Full Time role with competitive salary and great benefits

This position required SaaS experience as well as some knowledge base in Linux, Windows, Networking and Database.

Job Details:

+ Provide tier 3 support to a global client base for any issue with the company SAAS platform related to Cyber Security.

+ Deploy and support integrations across with 3rd party security devices

+ Educate and empower the client, guiding them through the features of the software and advising on best practices.

+ Demonstrate an independent ability to troubleshoot investigate incoming requests within strict company boundaries.

+ Create and manage escalations to product managers and R D teams.

+ Maintain communication with other teams to keep everyone aligned about client feedback and any important technical problems.


+ At least 2 years of experience providing product support in a SaaS platform.

+ At least 5 years of proven experience with troubleshooting of multiple Operating Systems Windows, Linux, Unix including administration, configuration optimization, domains active directory , Windows security.

+ Hands-on experience in working with databases and creating DB queries. Advanced Docker knowledge.

+ Strong communication skills - network structure LAN, WAN , and communication equipment basic functionality switching, hubs, routers, proxy Virtual Environment technologies VMWare, Hyper-V .

+ Customer-oriented, excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English.
