Technical Support - (Middletown, PA)

This position will be responsible for a designated area of the business and will provide client hardware and software support.


+ Follow standard Service & Support procedures

+ Install and configure computer applications

+ Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults

+ Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware/software faults

+ Create and resolve Problem Records

+ Set up and manage user accounts and permissions

+ Validate and approve VPN access for remote users

+ New User setups and configuration of hardware

+ Support in testing of new applications and systems

+ Log all Service Desk interaction in the IT Service Desk tool

+ Provide internal support documentation of resolutions

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion

+ Implementation of assigned projects

+ Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

+ Perform PC maintenance

+ Solve mobile device issues on IOS platform and MDM technologies

+ Maintain IT Assets inventory

+ Phone Duties as assigned

+ Keep current with Industry technology advancements

+ Other duties as assigned

+ First Call Resolution


+ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software products

+ Understanding of Active Directory security groups

+ Ability to determine client versus server issues

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision

+ ITIL knowledge

+ Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems

+ Ability to communicate and work with others effectively
