Type: Contract W2 NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

**Position title:** This Tier I Technical Support Representative would be supporting our Dash and Body Camera and Evidence Management Software Division.

**Shift:** Mon- Fri hours can range from 7a to 6P but will work 8 hours a day 40 hours a week

**Location:** Allen Texas USA - 75002 - Onsite only

**Length of contract:** Temp to hire - 3 months to start with possible extension or hire after 3 months

**Rate:** $20-23/hr.

**Years of experience (minimum/maximum):** 1-2 years of demonstrated inbound Call Center experience

**Hours:** Required education: Minimum High School degree. Some college preferred

**Job Description**

+ The Representative is responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues through phone, web, email, and direct customer interaction.

+ They are also responsible for maintaining critical relationships developed by other departments throughout the problem/resolution cycle.

+ Additionally, they will communicate actively with other departments detailing specific customers issues.

+ Answer Inbound Technical Support Calls (about 30 to 40 calls/day)

+ Track and resolve issues

+ Interface with Tier 2 on customer issues and comments

+ Help Maintain online Knowledge Base

+ Provide Technical Assistance to Regional Sales Managers daily

+ Answer after hours calls from customers

+ Customer Advocate

+ CompTIA certifications preferred

+ Previous technical support/engineering/trouble shooting experience

+ Linux Experience

+ Windows OS exp and certification - CCNA, MCSE, COMP TIA (Data network)
