Description **_Temporary Process Development Specialist needed in Lakeland, FL_**

Execute assigned process development elements with an emphasis on manufacturing systems and technical documentation required to define and specify new manufacturing processes. Provide Technical support for new process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with new product development procedures.

Length of contract: 1 year – possible conversion to perm role!

Pay: $18/hr - $25.50/hr

**Additional responsibilities include:**

+ Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.
+ Support Project and Process Engineers on the development of manufacturing and/or inspection process flows as well as on executing DOE, DFM/DFI activities.
+ Manage the development, definition and execution of Process related activities such as CNC, CAD/CAM and/or CMM programming and execute the associated qualification and validation activities.
+ Execute Equipment installation and related validation activities
+ Support training for shop floor team members.
+ Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
+ All other duties as assigned.
+ Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex drawings and have the ability to understand geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (incl. GD&T)
+ High knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
+ Demonstrated ability to lay out and set-up machines as well as run manufacturing batch
+ Demonstrated ability to inspect any job assigned with the use of all standard inspection tools
+ Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, and accountability
+ Problem solving skills and ability to handle tasks in a fast paced environment.
**Job Requirements:**

+ High skills on ISO- CNC/CAD-CAM/CMM software (depending on assignment) required.
+ Technical education with 8+ year’s experience.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hand
to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear.
+ The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
+ The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
+ May be exposed to Hazardous materials. Employees need to consult MSDS in their work area.
+ Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment to protect against exposure to Blood borne Pathogens and chemicals.
