Description The Global Web & Digital division of Global Marketing Services (GMS) supports external web properties, digital/web marketing, analytics and other digital asset management systems/tools. Under this division within GMS, the Project Coordinator will report into the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, located in Waltham, MA. This person will be responsible for but not limited to coordination of in-scope website rebranding efforts. Aspects of the position are monitoring project plans, schedules, project hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner, organizes communications and quality/performance checks.

Length of Contract: 1 year

Pay: $25/hr-$32/hr

**Additional responsibilities include:**


+ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, project hours and budgets on online project management tool (Workfront).
+ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
+ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
+ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
+ Ensuring project deadlines are met.
+ Determining & escalating project changes.
+ Providing administrative support as needed.
+ Undertaking project tasks as required.
+ Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained online for each project.
+ Assess project risks and issues - providing solutions and escalating up where necessary.
+ Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
+ Work with team to create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
+ Assist in documentation necessary for project scope.
+ Cultivate relationships between project team members in/outside of GMS.
+ Perform quality / performance checks for brand, content and process adherence.
**Job Requirements:**


+ Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Marketing or a related field with at least 3-5 year of marketing or related experience.
+ Exposure to Internet, Digital Projects and Project Management-type skills (ie: organization, coordinating project deadlines, meeting notes and task lists).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (SharePoint, Workfront and Adobe experience a plus)
+ Capacity to work remotely (email, conference calls & in person) with global and diverse teams in/outside of GMS.
+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ Exceptional communication and organizational skills with ability to manage up.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Must work well as part of a changing team with flexibility to grow with change needs.
