Kelly is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst for a long-term temporary hiring need. Our client is a large, stable manufacturer. They offer flexibility in the work schedule and a fast-paced work environment. Some of the main job responsibilities, include:


Analysis and review of reports to ensure timely payment to suppliers

Reconciliation of vender statements

Assisting with supplier and internal inquiries and troubleshooting, as needed

Assisting with month end close

Performing annual audits on venders to ensure compliance

Identifying process improvement opportunities


Qualifications:


5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
