**Job Description**


Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Territory Sales Manager with recent experience selling Catheters to manage an assigned geographic territory covering Tampa to Orlando and generate sales for the services of a Medical Supply Company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Create and maintain relationships with Urologists Offices, Rehabilitation Hospitals as well as Pediatric Hospitals.


Pay:

$65,000 base Salary with Unlimited Commission Structure - Potential to earn over $100k a year

Company Vehicle Provided

Laptop and cell phone provided

Position Responsibilities:

Must have recent experience with Catheter Sales

Generate and follow up on leads and sales from referral sources.

Maintain relationships and create new ones with various referral sources.

Attend various conferences, expo's and trade shows.

Monitor and stay within territory budget.

Excel at time management and multi-tasking.

Available to travel and overnight stays when applicable.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Understand the allowable and rates for insurance's including, but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, etc.

Submit completed timely reports - monthly and Quarterly forecasts

Maintain communication with other sales representatives and the Sales Manager. Perform any related duties as requested.

Attend all sales meetings.

Work with other sales representatives to help establish territory.

Strong communication skills and computer skills.


Requirements:

Must have recent experience with Catheter Sales

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 1-year Sales Territory Experience

Must have a good driving record.

Must be able to travel to Jacksonville Headquarter as needed
