Description Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced **Testing Lead- Salesforce** for one of our top clients in the **Dearborn, MI** area for a **_Contract to_** **_Direct Hire_** opportunity.

**Local candidates preferred. Green Card or Citizen preferred since the client will not provide sponsorship.**

**JOB SUMMARY**

This position is for an onshore testing lead for Salesforce application. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of testing for this application including identifying and implementing the appropriate automation strategy that supports a bi-weekly release cycle. In addition, this individual will lead off-shore resources through all aspects of testing and the management of the appropriate user stories and tasks within an Agile Scrum methodology.

**Essential Job Functions:**

• Collaborates with the internal application teams to develop, recommend and implement test strategies which will include manual, automated, and performance testing

• Create and execute detailed manual test cases from information as related to functional requirements and technical specifications documentation to assure quality and accuracy.

• Lead the creation of the appropriate Selenium automation scripts to facilitate testing across browsers and mobile devices

• Use appropriate tools to test at the API level

• Lead and oversee the triage of defects and issues.

• Participate in daily stand-ups with project team as part of the agile methodology.

• Create appropriate test cases within TestRail Test Management tool.

• Drive consistency and adherence to the WIKI and JIRA standards outline by the IT Policies

• Develop JIRA dashboards showing Testing progress

**Other Responsibilities:**

• Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving testing tools, techniques, and strategies to improve the overall testing efficiency, processes, and best practices

• Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth

• Safeguard the company’s assets.

• Adhere to the company’s compliance program.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Job Requirements:**

• Must have 2+ years of experience as QA test lead.

• Must have 3+ years testing Salesforce Application. Salesforce certification is a plus but not required.

• Must have a basic understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

• Experience with mobile testing on both Android and iOS devices.

• Experience with database testing

• Must have experience with Selenium

• Must have experience testing API and with API testing tools such as SoapUI or Postman.

• Experience coding in Java is a plus

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Knowledge of Jira

• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Expectations include a high level of initiative and a strong commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid software engineering skills - participated in full lifecycle development on large projects.
