Description and Requirements


The Total Feasibility Associate Manager will be responsible for reviewing clinical trial performance data, turning data into information, information into insights, and using the insights to support WCGs Total Feasibility service offering. This position will support the continued development of our Predict data analytics and insights services in addition to the reporting derived from these insights. The ideal candidate is expected to leverage their project management experience to lead Feasibility Specialists during site identification to site selection, develop effective strategies for operational delivery, and be able to manage client expectations.


Bachelors Degree required, life sciences, preferred


  • 1+ years of experience analyzing large data sets, applying a variety of statistical techniques.

  • Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant drug development and clinical research experience (pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO), preferably including experience leading Phase II - Phase IV clinical trials; ideally with oncology and/or rare disease experience.

  • Minimum of 2 or more years of feasibility services delivery experience.

  • Relevant work experience in clinical development with progressing experience with data analytics, market research, and/or data mining in developing feasibility and clinical trial development strategies.

  • Review and analysis of essential study documents, literature and other relevant resources received from clients.

  • Monitoring and analysis of current needs in different indications and proactive self-development in therapeutic areas. Analysis and monitoring of competitive environment for main therapeutic areas.

  • Development of client deliverables and review of client deliverables developed by other members.

  • Development and management of Total Feasibility project plans from kick-off to feasibility closure.

  • Must possess exceptional written and oral communications skills and be equally effective in both formal and informal settings.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and achieve measurable results. Must have the ability to multi-task, work effectively in fast-paced and stressful situations, meet strict deadlines, and work independently.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities; ability to analyze data to build evidence-based strategies. Knowledgeable and basic understanding of applied statistics skills.

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, ability to develop and build strategies to meet the needs of the client.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required as well as proficiency with the entire MS Office suite.

  • Moderate understanding of visualization tools.

  • Identify and propose new operational processes, programs and resolutions designed to meet current and emerging customer needs to achieve growth, excellent outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

  • Great presentation and written communication skills. Ability to present data to clients in an assertive and professional manner.

  • Maintain and assess industry trends, market conditions, company strengths and areas for improvement as they relate to WCG business solutions.

  • Analysis of feasibility results for indication and comparison of their dynamics, as well as maintenance and update of the knowledge database to be used for forthcoming feasibility assessments.

  • Develop reports and dashboards for business units, internal and external clients.

  • Assist in the development of sophisticated Total Feasibility service offerings based on the WCG Knowledge Base data source and support high quality delivery of services.

  • Consolidate data to formulate data driven and informed protocol and site feasibility recommendations; including, but not limited to, development of an informed list of appropriate, high-performing investigators and/or country distribution, assist in the development a variety of scenarios based on customer strategy.

  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs of the business unit by utilizing available tools.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

  • Up to 30% travel is required.
