**Length: 1 year W2 Contract**

**Pay: Up to $31.00 /hour**

**Reason for opening:** Need additional training and support around CRM, Client Onboarding, Service Center Capture, Consolidated Order Entry as they release. There is an increase in calls and backlog of tickets for CRM education and training that require attention. Current team handles over 150 applications and as soon as the Regional Technology Consultants engage in the field, the Software Application Support member will take on all of the calls and tickets that team handles.


+ Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and instructional design

+ Responds to “how to” training and education requests and resolves via telephone and ticketing system.

+ Teaches classes on Raymond James technology systems through distance learning platform.

+ Provides technology training and education solutions to firm branch locations by consulting on training needs and priorities, content, development, delivery and administration.

+ Participates in needs analysis and creation of education and development solutions for branch associates, management, advisory teams and other high visibility audiences. Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations via varied mediums including e-learning.

+ Drives educational solutions that meet business needs while balanced with instructional design practices.

+ Applies enterprise-wide thinking to individual requests to ensure cross functional solutions.

+ Partners with educational resources and 3rd party providers to leverage technologies and resources to best streamline processes and add business value.

+ Provides quality data to ensure metrics are captured to improve educational delivery and results.
+ Models effective uses of appropriate instructional technology and practices in the classroom and online.

+ Presentation, excellent communication, phone etiquitte and support, distance learning, e-learning, interpersonal, team focus, solution focused, detailed oriented, time & organizational management, quick to learn and educate and solid computer and technical knowledge.

+ Analysis: Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.

+ Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

+ Exercising Judgment and Decision Making: Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.

+ Technical and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise.

+ Building Effective Relationships: Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

+ Client Focus: Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.

+ Understanding of the financial industry, products, policies and procedures highly preferred.
+ Experience with project management and instructional design
+ Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Three years of training and development experience
