**Job Description**


Kelly Services is seeking a training administrative assistant for a plastics company in the Montgomery area.

Training Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative

support to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of the Apprentice Training Program and

New Hire Induction Training Classes that are managed by the Workforce Development and

Continuous Improvement Team. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks

related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive

material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to

effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Training Administrative Assistant

duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely

on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and

latitude is expected.

Duties:

Use MS Outlook to send invitations for training classes to SME-s, Instructors and Students

- Use MS Word to cut, paste, format, and reformat documents in a clear and logical manner

- Use MS Excel to update monthly training spreadsheets

- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

- Provide information by answering questions and requests

- Use Gensuite Training Website to document attendance of training classes

- Handle multiple projects

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

- Maintain computer and manual filing systems

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Take accurate minutes of meetings

- Coordinate office procedures

- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

- Ability to maintain CONFIDENTIALITY in all aspects of position


**Requirements**


- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher degree preferred

- At least 5 years of relative administrative assistant experience REQUIRED

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
