My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill a **Training Associate** position in **Indianapolis, IN.** I have attached the details of the opportunity below:





**Duration: 12 months contract assignment**



**Pay: $28.00 - $31.00/HOUR**





**Responsibilities:**




+ Implement and continuously improve QD training strategy

+ Training POC for the different migrations / implementations

+ Advisor for new business areas on training strategy / best practices / key contacts

+ Instructional design assistance / modality selection

+ Involved in testing /has access to (and understands) all types of accounts

+ Manage Yammer site / collaborate / triage (related to training)

+ Communication oversight and coordination (related to training)

+ Business integrator role with and end user experience focus

+ Responsible for learning / knowing the system functionality

+ Training project management / liaison - Internal development

+ Coordinating with SMEs to create / update training materials and QRGs

+ Make decisions on whether training can be developed internally

+ Collaborate with external suppliers on creation / revision of training materials (Conduent, Veeva)

+ Collaborate with WalkMe on overlay QD projects

+ Manage maintenance process for QD training materials

+ Tracking of updates needed due to releases (materials affected, audience, scope)

+ Impact analysis of future releases

+ Manage logistics related to revisions, including deltas L&D Representation at key meetings / sessions

+ Participate in Model Office / Design sessions

+ Member of Change Review Board

+ Provide input on all training impact for all changes / releases

+ Attend and present at User Community Forums

+ Training and PS updates

+ Be a member of the QD team and attend all appropriate meetings





**Qualifications:**




+ Bachelors degree is required. Major in HR or Organizational Development ideal.

+ 5+ years of experience in learning and development

+ Experience working with document management systems

+ Experience working in a regulated environment

+ Experience in technical writing.

+ Demonstrated program/project management skills.

+ Experience with learning & development business processes.

+ Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.

+ Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, and judgment and managing complexity.

+ Ability and willingness to challenge business partners regarding ways to use learning interventions to most effectively meet business requirements.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Ability to effectively partner outside functional area.

+ Ability to navigate complex, matrix-based organizations.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to coach others.
