Description **Training Coordinator (R&D Learning)**

**LOCATION:** Cambridge, MA

**DURATION:** 9 Months

**PAY RATE:** $30-35/hr.

Responsible and accountable for the day to day operations/administrative activities and provide customer support by processing incoming shared mailbox requests in a timely manner (including but not limited to troubleshooting, metrics and LMS reporting, etc.). Work closely with Functional Learning Liaisons to ensure training related requests are satisfied. Provide audit/inspection support as needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** :


+ Training Compliance Reporting/Monitoring 30%

+ Generate and report R&D Learning Process Compliance Metrics - Weekly & QMS Monthly

+ Manipulate BU report data in Excel to address BU report shortfalls.

+ Send R&D Learning email communication to learner and manager for Foundation training compliance.

+ Maintenance Monitoring - Overdue/Compliance emails

+ Review Weekly HR Job Change Report and distribute to R&D FLLs for follow-up.

+ Coordinate R&D Learning Communications and Mailbox.
+ Training Transformation Support 40%

+ Data Cleanup

+ Identify and Inactivate Curricula with no assignments to learners

+ Assignment Profiles with no assignment to learners

+ Update all Curricula Owners to have correct owner.

+ Submit Learning Intake forms and verify CLS fulfilment for training transformation

+ Curriculum Description Improvements - Important for finding training

+ Item and Curriculum ID standards

+ R&D Training Routine Activities 5%

+ Manage R&D Learning meeting coordination

+ Manage External Distribution Process

+ Monitor Minor Release for Item Inactivation as needed (Weekly for 6 more months)
+ Project Support Work 35%

+ Annual Content Review

+ Coordinate eLearning Item Content Review with Content Owners to identify content updates for 2019 Budget Planning.

+ Coordinate Identification and fixes to eLearning courses with issues.

+ Coordinate BrainShark content upload and voice-over by Business.

+ IT Project Support
**REQUIREMENTS** :


+ Bachelor’s Degree /High School Diploma as appropriate
+ LMS experience
+ Ability to multitask, attention to detail
+ Training learning background
+ 2-3 years relevant experience working with Learning Management systems
+ Working understanding of GXP regulations and LMS system validation requirements
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
+ Strong management skills, and ability to effectively lead and collaborate with various business functions and IT
+ Communications and/or learning systems administration and management
+ Ability to successfully manage outsourced resources
