Kelly Services is seeking a Training Coordinator in Fenton, MO!

**_Direct Hire Position_**


Title: Training Coordinator

Department: Quality Assurance

Function: Maintain site training compliance by facilitating learning through a variety of delivery.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

+ Source and implement a training program to meet company training needs.

+ Assess training needs for new and existing employees.

+ Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.

+ Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs.

+ Develop training aids and assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.

+ Maintain employee training records.

+ Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.

+ Inform employees about training options.

+ Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.

+ Track and report on training outcomes.

+ Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on the job coaching, and train the trainer.

+ Assist in conducting new employee orientation.

+ Assist with other duties within Quality Assurance on an as needed basis.

Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices

+ Excellent computer MS office: word; excel; access; outlook

+ Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal

+ Highly organized and skilled in planning

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

+ Bachelor s degree in appropriate discipline

+ 5 years experience with instruction or training

+ 4 years experience with federal and state regulations

+ 4 years experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices

Preferred Education and Experience

+ Train the trainer certification

+ Knowledge of adult instructional learning theory and principles, instructional design, training methodologies, learning management systems, and competency assessment is a plus.
