At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we're all about helping you discover what's next in your career. And we just so happen to be seeking a Training Coordinator to work at a Leading Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facility in the Savannah, GA area.

**Hours & Compensation**

+ Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (OT could be needed at times)

+ Pay $20/hr plus depending on qualifications and experience

**What's a typical day as a Training Coordinator?**

+ Responsible for building and maintaining work instructions, training records, and training matrix.

+ Creates new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

+ Improves current SOPs

+ Perform the following transactions in support of learning interventions for Kerry Americas employees.

+ Scheduling (instructors, equipment, classrooms and hotel)

+ Monitor status of enrollments and determine appropriate action

+ Obtain closure to conflict resolution

+ Provide standard reports and make decisions based on info received

+ Data and catalog updating

+ Registrations and cancellations

+ Reconciliation of learning interventions (student attendance, evaluations, vendor

+ payments and recording of financials for reporting)

+ Materials Management

+ Basic project planning

+ Follow processes for bringing in new vendors and payment for materials needed for training interventions.

+ Negotiate with vendors that support learning interventions to ensure best value.

+ Escalate issues when appropriate.

+ Provide monthly metrics.

+ Diplomatically respond to questions regarding Productivity programs.

+ Point of contact for Training solutions and information.

+ Utilize effective communication skills while interfacing with employees, customers (participants in our programs) and channel partners.

+ Demonstrate basic math skills

+ Recognize, analyze and apply various invoice amounts to appropriate accounts.

+ Ability to provide basic statistical information

+ Team player

+ Demonstrate basic problem solving ability

+ Detail oriented

+ Able to lead moderately complex projects that often have last minute changes.

+ Demonstrate good verbal and written communications skills.

+ Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

+ Demonstrate flexibility in work hours.

+ PC skills are required Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook

+ Can determine sense of urgency for situations and escalate appropriately.

+ Basic knowledge of solutions related to performance management, talent management and learning management systems.

+ Preference for knowledgeable and skill in use of a Learning Management System and its work flow tools/processes.

**What experience and qualifications do you need?**

+ Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Education is a plus.

+ Technical writing in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

+ Demonstrate communication, organization, and listening skills.

+ Excellent attention to detail, neatness, and follow through.

+ Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
