Description Our client, a leader in the Apparel industry, is currently seeking a **Transition Manager** for a one year temporary position with an opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The hours and pay for this position are as follows


+ Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
+ Pay is up to $56.93 per hour W2
**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):**


+ Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives
+ Impact assessments
+ Stakeholder identification
+ Stakeholder management
+ Complex change messaging/communications
+ Data Center knowledge/high level understanding
+ Global implementation
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies in regional & global project delivery. Transition management certification is a plus.
