**Job Description**


Kelly Services is currently seeking a Utility Clerk for a client in Kennesaw, GA. The successful Utility Clerk performs routine janitorial duties, pickups and deliveries, purchasing and minor

handyman duties. 1st shit opportunity.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform daily janitorial tasks such as emptying trash cans, sweeping, and replenishing paper

and soap products in rest rooms.

- Performs routing minor building repairs such as painting, hanging bulletin boards, mirrors,

etc.; helps to move boxes, sets up and moves office furniture.

- Performs all scheduled and unscheduled pickups and deliveries utilizing company vehicle

(pickup truck)

- Adheres to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic

regulations/policies.

- Loads and unloads truck as required; make deliveries to receiving docks or inside deliveries,

as applicable.

- Maintains all applicable logs, delivery tickets, documentation, etc.

- Maintains vehicle in good mechanical condition; notifies manager if deficiencies are

identified.

- Establishes excellent working relationships with all Wallner employees, managers and at all

delivery and pickup points.

- May assist with routine cleaning of warehouse, as requested.


**Requirements**


Qualifications:

- Can do attitude.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

- Must have some previous janitorial experience and handyman experience.

- Must have minimum of six (6) months- customer service experience.

- Must have three to five (3-5) years- previous driving experience.

- Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV record.

- Must be able to be insured through the company-s automobile insurance.

- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time with or without

accommodations.

- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or maximum allowed by current state law with

or without accommodations.

- Must have basic computer knowledge.

- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and company personnel.

- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
