**UX Designer Job Description:**



Kelly IT Resources is working directly with an exciting local Bio-Tech company who is in urgent need of a UX Designer with a specialization in elegant CMS and UX Design to help integrate their current website in their new parent company's website. The role should be a 6 month to 12 month project and they are looking to hire someone for this ASAP!



**UX Designer Responsibilities:**




+ Work closely with project manager to identify web pages, assets, and content to migrate from current website to new website!

+ Support and execute key deliverables related to web migration.

+ Work closely with Campaign Managers to build landing pages that drive traffic, leads, and search activity on site.

+ Guide Campaign Management on tactic selections and execute deliverables in support of campaigns, including remarketing / retargeting, lead-generation and marketing automation emails.

+ Participate in creating a content development strategy.

+ Implement user experience best practices on various digital touchpoints (landing pages, e-commerce pages, and content pages).

+ Manage e-commerce web pages and work closely with campaign managers to optimize shopping experience.

+ Work closely with SEO Specialist to develop keywords, meta tags, and headlines.

+ Generate mockups for Campaign Management using common UX programs to outline user experience and content.

+ Test and refine web pages on desktop and mobile environments and on different web browsers.



**UX Designer Requirements:**




+ More than 3 years of web experience.

+ Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and CMS systems with an eye for elegant user experience.

+ Good understanding of HTML/coding best practices.

+ Strong knowledge of all Adobe products, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver

+ Excellent PC skills.

+ Advanced understanding of the B2B lead-generation processes and the functions of e-commerce websites.

+ Understanding of the latest trends on user experience.

+ High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through.

+ Comfortable working with tight deadlines.

+ Strong communication skills and work ethic.

+ Knowledge of biotech or life sciences industries would be a benefit.
