**UX Producer/Digital Project Manager Downtown Denver, CO**

As a UX Producer, you will be a part of a team that will uncover, highlight and advocate for the users needs while integrating business strategies into an exceptional digital user experience (UX). This individual, through agile methodology, will facilitate the execution of data driven design and usability of properties across an extensive portfolio.

Youll facilitate UX team design work based on the best framework that suits the team to optimize impact and reduce waste. Coordinating at a Program and Team level, youll partner with UX team members, Research and POs in the effective and timely intake of roadmap items, ensuring clarity and a healthy process that result in on-time, on-target, and on-budget delivery.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Close collaboration with groups in Technology, UX/Visual Design and Research, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Product Owner, Content Strategy and Content Management to establish practices for executing against digital product roadmaps to meet business goals.

+ Daily management of design teamwork load, prioritization, balancing design studio.

+ Track, measure and report on quality of design team collaboration, process and outcomes.

+ Champion the influence of design best practices upon product outcomes across end-to-end software development lifecycle.

+ Create and follow processes to help design team complete work throughout all phases, i.e. discovery, testing, content, delivery to dev team, BA onboarding, legal & compliance review, etc.

+ Critically review all input documents, i.e. creative brief, functionality specs, etc. to ensure a quality and complete output.

+ Build strong relationships across the global organization.

+ Understands UX/Design and Technology best practices.


+ 5-7 years of experience in a design operation, digital producer, digital project manager or similar role.

+ Process and detail oriented, understanding the right amount of process and comfortable with abstract thinking.

+ Advanced knowledge of digital technologies and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

+ Working knowledge or understanding of agile methodology and data driven design and development.

+ Ability to effectively communicate design specs and technical requirements.

+ Ability to remain focused under pressure of deadlines and setbacks and adaptable to changing environments.

+ Ability to manage multiple digital products simultaneously.

+ Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with co-workers, clients and other external contacts.

+ Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash) and other products such as PowerPoint, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Google Analytics.

+ Experience working in content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
