**VP Human Resources Employee Relations**

**Our client is looking for a VP of Human Capital Management and Employee Relations responsible for the development of continuous process improvement, problem-solving, root cause analysis, systems administration, act as vendor liaison, provide end-user training, and to ensure systems are aligned with company initiatives and optimal performance is maintained.**

**Direct Hire or Temp to Hire**

**99% Remote - must be able to travel (train/drive) to NYC 2x per month for meetings**

**VP Human Resources Employee Relations Responsibilities:**

+ **Compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, payroll reports, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, labor statistics and other sources.**

+ **Prepare reports of data results, identify, and recommend solutions, goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.**

+ **Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures**

+ **Manage settings for all HR platform users.**

+ **Conduct HRIS training to HR teams and managers**

+ **Create processes for onboarding, termination, and managing data to ensure accuracy.**

+ **Manage all monthly invoices and payments**

+ **Manage and ensure accurate employee deductions in the benefits portal**

+ **Manage termination data for exiting employees**

+ **Manage and track COBRA participation and payments**

+ **Review Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit retirement plans data files**

+ **Verify postings of the monthly employee contributions for benefit plans**

+ **Assist with the benefits - Open Enrollment and Health/Wellness fair.**

+ **Assist with audit and compliance activities such as non-discrimination testing and regulatory reporting e.g., ACA and Form 5500).**

+ **Reconcile/audit all invoice rosters including tracking and recording of check payments while ensuring payment of premiums to the carriers and resolve invoice discrepancies**

+ **Act as a backup to the HCM Generalist on activities related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and other HR responsibilities.**

+ **Partner on and lead HR projects as needed.**

+ **File annual EEO-1 survey data for all sites and corporate.**

+ **Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.**

**VP Human Resources Employee Relations Qualifications:**

+ **Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred.**

+ **Minimum of 10 years relevant HR generalist experience is required.**

+ **Strong technical skills and experience in Paycom.**

+ **Strong expertise in handling complex employee relations matters.**

+ **SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certification required.**

+ **Tech savvy and proficient with Paycom, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.**

+ **Bilingual in Spanish a plus**
