**Vulnerability Management Leader, Lincolnshire, IL (Can be remote)**

Kelly Services is seeking a Vulnerability Management Lead for one of our top clients in Lincolnshire, IL.

**Length:** 06/07/2021 to 12/06/2021 (Contract W2)

**Type:** Contract W2There is no per diem with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

**Pay Rate:** $55-60/hr. (W2)

Global Information Security Organization is looking for an experienced Vulnerability Management leader to join our high-performing and agile team. We are looking for an innovative team member to work in an exciting and inclusive environment to develop solutions utilizing new and exciting technologies. This role will have the direct responsibility for providing guidance on risk mitigation, threat identification, vulnerability prioritization, development of remediation plans, and goal setting business units on how to achieve overall risk reduction.


+ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Application teams to produce prioritized action plans to address vulnerability risks in accordance with policy

+ Monitor threat intelligence feeds for emerging issues, determine relevance, and drive remediations

+ Work closely with the Security Operations team and the Threat Hunting team on new threats from threat intelligence reports

+ Develop the vision, capability roadmap, and plans for the continuous improvement of the vulnerability and asset management program

+ Establish the annual plan for external assessments, oversee the execution, and drive the remediation of findings

+ Manage the executive and tactical metrics that speak to the efficacy of the program

+ Deliver presentations to leadership and the extended team regarding the state of the program

+ Assist in development and implementation of information security vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards based on National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

+ Develop the integration and automation strategy around multiple VM toolsets

+ Participate in incident response activities including forensic investigation

+ Lead, encourage, and mentor managed service team members

+ Create operating procedures for level 1 and level 2 support teams

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ 12+ years of IT experience required; 5+ years of Vulnerability Management experience

+ Experience leading remote resources

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership

+ Experience working and delivering services in an agile/lean environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Advanced degree preferred

+ Understanding of secure software development lifecycle from coding to deployment

+ Prior experience with security and compliance frameworks

+ Understanding of public cloud services and/or cloud native architectures

+ Experience leading projects or utilizing Project Management methodologies

+ Python experience

+ Experience handling IT documentation processes

+ Experience working with bug bounty programs

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Demonstrable ability to identify and implement process improvement
