Warehouse Associates provide exceptional service and create a positive shopping and sales experience for all customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain business relationships with customers

Conduct sales transactions

Recommend and promote items related to customer-s product or application

Process customer returns correctly

Assist in the warehouse when needed

Pick orders from warehouse when necessary

All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

Exceptional customer service skills required

Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiar with dollies, pallet jacks and fork lifts

HVAC knowledge a plus

Team player

Basic math and filing skills

Able to lift 50 pounds, load/unload trucks

Able to climb up and down a 6 foot ladder carrying up to 15 pounds

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent

At least one year sales or related work experience

HVAC experience a plus

Job Location

Full Time M-S 8am-5pm

Shift is based on business needs
