**Kelly** is seeking a **Warehouse Inventory Specialist** in **Seadrift, Texas!** The primary objective of this role is to assist the material and inventory process and ensure materials are processed (received, checked and inventoried) as per the MRO work processes and procedures. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will also support cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy. This role requires good organizational and communications skills, minimum computer skills, some mechanical aptitude, a working technical knowledge of the warehouse operation processes, and maintenance processes. **Key Responsibilities include:**


+ Serves as receiving and detail check subject matter expert to ensure materials received are correct and processed as per the Dow MRO procedures.

+ Ensures material paperwork documentation is filed and organized properly as per procedure.

+ Performs proactive cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy.

+ Supports Inventory Coordinators to research inventory accuracy issues.

+ Supports Material Coordinators to research material issues.

+ Spends time with the Detail Check, Issuers and Marshaller to evaluate daily performance.

+ Ensures proper warehouse housekeeping and organization


**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Works with other warehouse technicians to ensure all necessary processes and procedures are consistently followed for the safe and effective day to day operation of the warehouse to which they are assigned. This includes but is not limited to parts requisitioning, parts receiving, database management, bin restocking, parts delivering, forklift operations, etc.

+ Works with other warehouse technicians to resolve technical problems dealing with the SAP/ECC computer systems, report generation, parts delivery, etc.

+ Communicates with warehouse personnel and teams to report any situations that fall outside the established MRO Inventory Management processes and emergency situations.

+ Participates in MRO Inventory Management and inter departmental teams as necessary.

+ Communications with the appropriate maintenance personnel and reliability engineers is required to assure adequate, cost effective, and quality replacement parts are available for the business to which assigned **.**


**Education/Certification Requirements:**


+ Minimum: High School degree or GED


**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:**


+ Prior experience in this discipline would be beneficial.

+ A demonstrated mechanical aptitude is desired.

+ Good computer skills are required.

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

+ Experience in a chemical plant production facility or maintenance environment is preferred but not required.

+ Individual must be physically able to work in the field including but not limited to climbing ladders, stairs, and lifting (Not to exceed 50 lbs.)

+ Individual must possess a certain degree of manual dexterity.

+ This role works a 4-10 work schedule.

+ Valid Drivers License to operate motor vehicle
